At Define Your Great, we are committed to providing high-quality products. However, we do not offer returns or refunds if you change your mind or decide you no longer want the product, provided the product is in good condition and meets the guarantees required by New Zealand law.
1. Consumer Guarantees Act 1993
Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, you are entitled to a remedy (such as a repair, replacement, or refund) if the product you purchased:
