Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Locations
We ship to New Zealand, Australia and the United States of America. Other shipping locations can be arranged by emailing with an enquiry to info@defineyourgreat.com
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated based on your location and the weight of your order. Delivery times are estimated as follows:
New Zealand - 3 to 5 business days
Australia - 3 to 10 business days
United States of America - 7 to 15 business days
3. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 2 business days of receiving the order. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
4. Shipping Carriers
We use New Zealand Post for all deliveries
5. Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to track your package.
